This computer-based training program was created to instruct personnel on the use of a warehouse tracking system. This custom application was distributed over the Internet to approximately 40 warehouse locations across the country, making it imperative that a consistent training message was communicated. In addition to the CBT, context-sensitive WebHelp files were integrated into the application to provide performance support.
