This knowledgebase was created to provide an intuitive way for sales personnel to access all of the technical and business information that is sent to them from headquarters. This knowledgebase is a "front-end" that provides a layer of organization to the information available on a user's computer. Prior to the knowledgebase, the only way to access this information was by searching through Windows Explorer®.
The information in the knowledgebase is broken into main categories. Within these categories, the information is organized into main topic folders. The user simply clicks on a folder to access the resources available for that topic. Icons are used to indicate the type of file associated with each title listed—e.g., demo, online help, Word, etc. |
