This online brochure links to computer-based training programs created by SmartForce. Originally, we considered putting instructions for accessing these CBTs in a hard copy brochure, but the option of creating something that required no additional user action—such as locating additional CDs and installing training programs—made this a smarter solution. It also saved on printing costs.
