This online help system provided instructions and guidelines for running a specific manufacturing process. The help system incorporated several standalone help files that were linked together with a master index and search capabilities. The system was used by production workers who needed to access instructions for completing a specific task. The users could search for the information or select from the links available on the main menu. The interactive, graphical front-end of the help file mirrors the equipment on the manufacturing line. |
