This one-hour, computer-based training program provides instructions for using the client’s handheld computer and software. Faced with high employee turnover rates, the client recognized the importance of providing a consistent training message and felt that an interactive CBT would be both economical and effective.

Software simulations are provided throughout the course. True/false and multiple choice questions are sprinkled throughout the lessons, allowing the user to self-test for comprehension.
