This program is a combination of computer-based training and workbook. It was created to train retail audit personnel to conduct a store audit. Because the audit process is fairly complex, the client felt it was important to give trainees an opportunity to work with actual audit forms. Working independently or as a group, trainees use a combination of CBT and workbook to perform audits based on typical workflow scenarios. Answer keys and feedback are provided.
