This Web-based training (WBT) program was created to teach employees to use an intranet Human Resources system to maintain their personnel information. This training program was available as a self-paced course or as an instructor-led course. Since the audience for this application was so varied—from novice computer users to programmers—a basic computer skills course was offered prior to rollout.
